JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Group Graphic Designer will be responsible for defining and implementing the new O’Gara luxury look & feel across all experiential and marketing materials. (All three locations: Beverly Hills, San Diego, Westlake).

REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-4 Years’ experience in graphic design
  • Luxury brand or automotive experience advantageous
  • Valid California driver’s license and insurable
  • Understanding of necessary content design tools (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Understand content creation processes and social media and paid media formats
  • Excellent interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, with ability to execute projects as part of a team
  • Flexible and ability to adapt to the demands of business needs
  • Time Management, and strong leadership qualities
  • 4-Year College/University Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute all digital marketing creative for the full O’Gara Group
  • Inform a luxury look & feel for all O’Gara and O’Gara Core Brand marketing materials (Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, McLaren etc.)
  • Lead defining a set of luxury marketing templates (email, social, lease specials etc.)
  • Develop and optimize a content creation process that accommodates the marketing calendar and brand needs
  • Implement O’Gara paid media campaigns for Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, McLaren etc.
  • Gatekeep the O’Gara brand by implementing all marketing in the brand tone of voice/look & feel
  • Work with the marketing and communications team to create business-driving campaigns and brand campaign creative requirements
  • Support the teams with effective creative learnings and reporting
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

COMPENSATION: $65-70 Annually depending on experience
