JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Communications Lead will be responsible for defining and implementing an email marketing strategy for O’Gara. They will be responsible for owning the calendar, overseeing sends, defining templates, tracking, and reporting on all email marketing efforts for the O’Gara Group (all three locations: Beverly Hills, San Diego, Westlake).

REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-4 Years’ experience in email marketing, CRM or equivalent
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement and/or Journey Builder)
• Luxury brand or automotive experience advantageous
• Understanding of necessary content design tools advantageous (i.e., Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with HTML email templates development via visual tools or coding
• Understanding of A/B testing processes
• Understanding of end-to-end campaign tracking
• Strong reporting and tracking skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player, with ability to execute projects as part of a team
• Flexible and ability to adapt to the demands of business needs
• Time Management, and strong leadership qualities
• Valid California driver’s license and insurable
• 4-Year College/University Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute all email marketing efforts the full O’Gara Group, all three locations
• Own and populate the group Email Calendar incorporating all brand needs and locations
• Create all automations and Email/Text journeys necessary to support the business and brands
• Inform a luxury look & feel for all O’Gara and O’Gara core brand marketing materials (Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, McLaren etc.)
• Lead defining a set of luxury email marketing templates (working with in house graphic designer)
• Implement O’Gara email campaigns that support each location’s business needs and drive brand relevance
• Provide the business with in-depth analytics and insights about Omnichannel Journeys and ad hoc email campaigns
• Implement email campaigns for core brands; Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, McLaren, Maserati, Bugatti) and non-core brands
• Gatekeep the O’Gara brand by implementing email marketing in the brand tone of voice/look & feel
• Gatekeep customer data and opt outs by implementing email marketing send frequency guidelines
• Work with the marketing and communications teams to advise on new business-driving campaigns and test & learn opportunities
• Support the teams with regular reporting and learnings

COMPENSATION: $85-90K Annually depending on experience
