ASSISTANT DIGITAL MANAGER

The Assistant Digital Manager will support and lead projects to promote O’Gara business, services, products, and brands. The Assistant Digital Manager will oversee digital marketing for Hyundai Genesis inclusive of optimizing strategy effectiveness.
REQUIRMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
3-4 Years corporate experience in digital marketing
4-Year College/University Degree or equivalent work experience
Valid California driver’s license and insurable
Understand web design and management
Understand paid media and Search technologies
Understand content creation and Social Media formats
Knowledge of Dealer.com and similar dealer digital providers preferred but not required
Excellent interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player, with ability to execute projects as part of a team
Flexible and ability to adapt to the demands of business needs
Time Management, and strong leadership qualities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategize, build and execute digital marketing for Hyundai Genesis
Support and inform projects and strategies for O’Gara Core Brands (Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, McLaren etc.)
Work directly with Group Digital Manager to inform and implement Google Search strategies to drive business leads and foot traffic for Hyundai Genesis
Inform and implement paid media campaigns for Hyundai Genesis (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, display etc.)
Work directly with Group Digital Manager to support Google Search strategies to drive business leads and foot traffic O’Gara core Brands
Support O’Gara paid media campaigns for Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, McLaren etc.
Gatekeep the O’Gara brand by implementing all marketing in the brand tone of voice/look & feel
Daily monitoring website tools (not limited to inventory, inventory photos, service requests, credit application, modular APIs, etc.)
Work with the marketing and communications team to keep current, relevant, and required content updated on the brand websites
Handle changes necessary so as not to incur infractions from OEMs or liability
Work with Sales and Service management teams to manage review sites (Yelp, Google, Dealer Rater, Edmunds, etc.) and help support a strategy to drive improved ratings and customer reviews.
Develop strategies for improving marketing spend tracking for all digital marketing activities
Support the teams with effective lead generation reporting
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

COMPENSATION: $75-80 Annually depending on experience
